The Diversity Supplier Program at RMS is designed to assist Diversity Suppliers in developing their business through mentoring relationships with Randstad. We accomplish this by procuring the services our Diversity Suppliers and encouraging them to demonstrate their capabilities so we may assess how to best align our companies to mutually benefit from the engagement. 

At RMS, our intention is to offer and reward new business opportunities to our Diversity Suppliers through RFP’s, performance reviews, referrals, and mentoring. Over the years, we have successfully shared our expertise in business development with Diversity Suppliers. We firmly believe that this type of engagement has contributed to our business success and to the success of our suppliers.
