Before an alliance supplier is able to actively support one of our clients, RMS and the alliance supplier will engage in a two-step vetting process.  This process will ensure that each alliance supplier completes all documentation required to become an active alliance supplier within a program.  Examples of required documentation include:

  • Completed Alliance Supplier Application
  • Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement
  • Alliance Supplier Agreement
  • W9 form
  • Certificate of Insurance, with RMS listed as the Certificate Holder and Additional Insured.
  • Diversity Certificate (if applicable)
