Our Payroll Services are used for talent who you have identified to begin work for a special project or to fill a position and no recruiting is required. For these situations, RMS will payroll the worker and provide the employee with benefits and a weekly paycheck instead of having you be burdened with that responsibility. RMS will charge a markup significantly less than a recruited candidate. The payrolling rate would cover the wages, statutory taxes and the operating expenses for the candidate(s).
